My weight on 11/5/12

I'm at 217.6.  I'm sure it's higher than that because I weighed myself in the morning and feel a bit dehydrated, but I'll just post what the scale says on Monday morning.

  1. I didn't weigh myself yesterday morning but I did tonight and I have gained a lot the last few weeks....I am so ashamed!!!!! I guess that't the point of this:
    Allison- 197.5
    Brent- 239 (He pooped right before this to lose weight, so its unfair really.)

    1. I weighed myself the next morning and I was 236. I did weigh myself this morning and I was 233.4

  2. I worked out on the stationary bike 3x this week (more than I think I've ever done) and was actually able to tolerate it really well - I even felt good at church today which is usually when I notice my headaches the most.

    If you want to try the cranberry juice detoxify drink that the acupuncturist recommended it is 3x a day immediately before you eat (8 oz. total)
    6 oz unsweetened cranberry juice,
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar,
    1/3 squeezed lemon juice (just estimate - or you can buy lemon powder I guess at whole foods or something).
    Add water until it's 8 oz. It's not actually that bad.

    The acupuncture clinic also has free classes sometimes - maybe we could go to a weight loss one. It's interesting and I definitely think that there is something to it.

    1. I'm turning into Mom. For the life of me I can not find the reply button under the OP, so here we are. 224.2 as of this a.m. That's actually down a lb. from last week. Good thing I ate those Dots at the movies yesterday instead of lunch.
